Miami-Dade Police Confirm Suicide at Age 42
Belarusian former ice hockey player Konstantin Koltsov, known for dating tennis star Aryna Sabalenka, has died at 42 years old. The Miami-Dade Police Department has confirmed his death as a suicide.
Sabalenka and Koltsov kept their relationship private while it lasted. However, Koltsov was often seen supporting Sabalenka at her matches.
Koltsov, who played for several teams in the National Hockey League (NHL), retired in 2013. He and Sabalenka began dating shortly after.
The circumstances surrounding Koltsov's death are still under investigation.
